EU has also laid down a mandate following through inside my country from 2024 that all employers have to time-log the workforce, so everyone has to digitally scribble down everything we do at work, which is said to keep employee abuse in check against employers but we all know why they want this data.
Our country is also slowly becoming assimilated first on the military front, then soon the rights to retain a local legal system.
EU is transmorphing all countries within into a country of states like the US, and they're using power-moves, including ESG and forms of mass-social manipulation to beat down any EU-naysayers, and don't care that they're taking away free speech or freedom of expression.

That's what's happening not just to games, but as gamers it's obvious that right now, there are expressions being limited and held back. We become more sycophantic, the ones who are rewarded are the weak and incompetent who's holding power over the autonomous and the competent. It's going one way only.
