What video game offers the best experience of playing as an undead (action or RPG) or an undead faction (RTS), /v/?

I just finished playing Songs of Conquest and I enjoyed their take on the undead faction and now I want more.

I already played the HoMM, Total Warhammer and Disciples games, along with Warcraft 3 as far as strategy games are concerned, and I've played Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous which let me play as a lich.

You already named them all. WOTR did it really well I thought and of course Might and Magic. You can fuck a skeleton in Dragon Commander if that's your thing.
