>>681509897Yup going strong for 5 years>>681509915The game is played in real time so your resources gradually build up over time, placing a unit will have them gradually reach the opponent and deal damage and playing actions (spells) works like MTG or YGO where you have an opportunity to respond and the actions resolve in reverse order.I would say it feels like a cross between card game and tower defense with much more heavy leaning on the card game aspects.

The only card game I ever played was pokemon when I was a kid, how easy is it to learn? And do your skills carry over to other games like good fundamentals in fighting games carry over?
>>681513191It's easy to learn how to play although if you looked at gameplay you would have no idea wtf is going on the hardest part is probably just learning what all the cards do but that's just something you pick up over time. As for transferable skills Teppen is the only card game that plays like it does so if there are any skills that transfer over it would be related to deck building more than anything.
