Like multiple anons have pointed out last time you made this thread, butchering would be an extremely shit mechanic in a farming game. Animals are literally endless sources of money, there's just zero point in getting rid of them.

the game would be better with butchering, it could be the late game.
weak players could have an option to "outsource" butchering so you just lead them to a truck to be butchered by some unsee NPC and then you get paid in either meat or money.
