>>682904604I mean she kind of did, pickpocketing Hat Kid and turning the whole world into Mordor, but the main plot is still pretty weak in implying that she's a worse villain than all the other baddies who tried to kill Hat Kid and never apologized. They still let you throw her a freebie at the end, but it'd be nice if she had shown up more throughout the game as a rival in general.
