The music and general atmosphere, the item hunt, PVP, that's about it. One of my favorite games of all time and it's a shame what they did to it with Diablo 3/Immortal/4. I dropped Blizzard forever after realizing how fuckin awful D3 was. Glad I discovered Path of Exile shortly after dropping D3.
