I'm a 34 year old and I think that emulating is fine, I use an oled with a crt filter when I play old shit.The only thing is you need is a proper controller. If you play Zelda 64, use the official Nintendo 64 controller on the Nintendo shop. Same with sega genesis, ps1/2/3 (dualshock 3 had the pressure sensitive face buttons but dualshock 4 doesnt), or even arcade sticks
