>day 1 steelbooks are still available at a major discount, even xbox copies, at least in USwhat happened? I thought steelbooks were limited and would sell out literally on day 1 then they start selling regular plastic copies. do physical copies not matter anymore, or did the game flop?
>>683719838No one bought this game physical, as evident of it selling 1.6m and those steelbooks still being there.
>>683719838Sega always over prints their games. P3R has been $40 since early April and Infinite Wealth is constantly on sale with a ps4 copy going for $20 right now. Even Unicorn Overlord got over printed and was discounted to $40 three weeks after release. Same thing will happen with Metaphor.
Why do we have threads like this for every sega release>whoa physical is on sale already???>what a flop what happened????It's like no one has learned by now all sega releases do this.
pc sales dwarfing consoles should be proof enough that nobody cares about physical anymore
I don't get how it sold 1.3m on Switch yet 700k on 5 different platforms with Vengeance
>>683723192It sold by far the most on Switch (again for some reason)
>>683725459Is that from Japanese sales or are those confirmed numbers?
>>683719838I already have the original switch smt v steel book and it doesn't have anything interesting. Hopefully most people realized it's a waste of time buying those.
>>683723192No, we care about physical we just don't get the option.
>>683727064It looks great, I have it paired up with the OG steel book.
