Yes. One of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Right up there with GTA V and the like. If you just want a "fine decent game", then you'll be more than satisfied.

you need various mods to fix and enhance certain things but once you got it all set up it's legitimately one of the most unique game experiences out there.

9.5/10 one of the best soundtracks and atmospheres in all gaming, right up there with VTMB. Just make sure you play on a PS5/High end PC with HDR screen and play on Very Hard.
