What do you like about strategy games? Never played WiC
>Micromanaging
Starcraft II
Company of Heroes 2 (go through G2A and get the complete edition or torrent it, they don't deserve your money) (3 sucks)
Planetary Annihilation: Titans
>Slower paced gameplay that revolves more around building up
Company of Heroes 2 (see above)
Civilization 5 (6's characters are BUTT ugly)
Age of Empires 2
I hear total war is good but never played any
I hear crusader Kings is good but extremely slow and political https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2ZkO8CclhI

i believe World in Conflict didn't have much micromanaging, so I would prefer that, especially since I'm still a beginner. Starcraft 2 from what I know has a shit ton of micromanaging and has a reputation for being very hard. I've heard that Ashes of Singularity barely has any micromanaging, have you ever played that?

I've taken your last recommendations into account

It's been a while and I didn't play mush so I'd have no idea.
