>>683788063The devs had the philosophy of not wanting DD2 to just be DD1 but better or DD1 with more stuff, which is what most people want out of a sequel. They wanted it to be a mostly different experience and that experience turned out to suck. I think it would have been received better if it weren't titled DD2
