Oh thank god, that fangame sucked so much ass it almost made me hate Rhythm Heaven as a whole. Now I can go back to loving this franchise again. Based Nintendo.

there's a lot of problems with megamix
some of it can be blamed on the game evidently being made on somewhat of a shoestring budget, while a lot of it is just plain stupid like the aforementioned prequel games, the "storyline" that they added, the challenge train which is mostly just repetitious "play the exact same minigames you've already played but now with stricter clear requirements" bullshit, or the completely not rhythm-based pachinko sidegame that, if i'm not mistaken, you are required to grind for 100% completion
also the game was digital-only in the west which speaks for itself
