Downloaded psp fps and 3rd person shooters usually have an option to map the view skip to the DPad where you can map the d pad to the 2nd stick on a psp, but the designs often include shitter auto centering mechanics you can't turn off
if you're really concerned about "portability" then literally nothing beats the GBA SP
