I'm a Ryza-only Atelierfag and honestly, after thinking it over, I am convinced Ryza 1 is the best one of the trilogy. It's fun and has the best story.

1 is the one i posted?
>>
>>683821002
Yeah, that's the first one of the trilogy.

Should i buy?

If you like JRPGs it's hard to imagine not enjoying this one. Keep in mind, the stakes are relatively low, but maybe that'll be refreshing for you.

You mean it's easy?
>>
>>683822102
It's as easy as you want it to be. All Atelier games are like that. If you feel inclined to go full tilt into the alchemy porting of the game. Everything can be broken over your knee with a common easily made and disposable explosive tree nut.

I play games to relax so i prefer easier games. Does it have grinding?

Ryza is great, highly recommend.

I couldn't get into this game. Maybe I didn't play long enough (10 hours or less) but the combat felt kinda weird and wonky to me and the alchemy seemed very complex but not particularly rewarding.

it's not close to being one of the best Atelier games but it's a nice game while also being one of the best entry point for the franchises so just do it.

What kind of recipes does slutty gyaru Ryza use?
>>
I was told it was short but put like 80 hours into it. Not great, but comfy, casual fun that takes no effort. The biggest problem is the weird pacing and balancing. The game doesn't really signal what it expects from you, so you play it safe and end up breaking the whole shit as a result.

nta but you can grind alchemy to make crazy shit. Like an accessory that makes you immune to all debuffs and auto revives you once per battle while regenning hp and mp every turn

Not so much. You can just turn your brain off. run around places and pick up items to make into other items or enhance other items and beat the games penultimate secret boss with a stick of dynamite that hits 50x times at 99999 damage then freezes them or some shit.
If you are willing to engage in the mechanics enough the game rewards you with being absolutely broken.
Atelier gamers are for the people who want a low slow and relaxing experience but also very much enjoy the dopamine hit to the reptilian portion of your brain from seeing number go up.
