In retrospect, it really wasn't that bad of a line.
>>683851625Nah, this was that bad
>>683852373It made reddit seethe though, so it was based
>>683851625This idea in particular wasn't bad, it was mainly the presentation of the Catalyst, the way the game refused to explain shit to you, and of course the absolute refusal to allow you to explore a saved galaxy.
>>683852531>the way the game refused to explain shit to youSHOW DONT TELL!
>>683852703but it didn't show either
>>683851625Explain how this was anything but garbage
>>683849167
>>683854619The ultimate filter between people who do and don’t actually play the game
>>683855242HA HA HA HA
>>683855067the key under the central block filtered most people, the constant boot switching filtered the rest.
>>683849167Nope, halo3 just heavily consists of moments exactly like that where you just don't give a shit about the dramatisation. Truth isn't half the villain he was in 2 and Terence Stamp doesn't help with his awful performance, the emotional moments just feel lacking and Keyes is a good example of that.Game was too rushed and Bungies shouldn't have been so indecisive up to the finishing line about it's story.
>>683854382Explain how it is. Whenever I see someone bitch about ME3's ending I know for certain they have not beaten many games because ME's is far from the worst ending in a video game.
