Windows support day 1, or requirements for companies to tick the box to allow their EAC to function on linux, or some other sort of requirement, it's ridiculous just how many games you can't fucking play on the deck because of anticheat horseshit, sometimes fixed right away, but often not for months if ever.

At 5000+, it's a jet engine.At ~10W, the fans spins at around 3000 RPM. At 12W, at around 4000 RPM. If you unlock the TDP and uncap the framerate, the fan reaches 5000-6000 RPM. For reference, I played Elden Ring @10W with a 30 FPS cap, medium-ish settings.As far as I know the OLED model is a lot better (more efficient SoC, quieter and bigger fan), but I never tried it personally.

Desu the only reason I'd consider a Deck is as a replacement for my desktop which has a 950 in it. Swapping my big bulky tower for a docked Switch could be good, though I don't really have a use for the form factor. If prebuilt mini-PCs weren't so ass I'd get one.

I don't think they should do 1920x1080. 1440x900 however...But I do know what valve is going to want to do with steamdeck 2. There's going to be a little back pack for it and it's going to connect to light weight next gen vr headset and combine cpu/gpu/battery power with it and run untethered vr.

An on-screen keyboard that actually works. Phone OSKs are 100x better. There is no reason for the OSK to be so bad. 25% of the time it doesn't even engage properly.
