Makoto at the end game can be used on Chesed, Gregorious and Binah raid, as well as pvp. And during early game she'll help you as she's amazing for clearing several mobs.

Set turned things around a bit since the aforementioned shielders specifically affect 4 characters, while Kaede, curiously has no target limit on her skill. so i guess if you don't have sEimi, you could cope with Kaede. it's quite a shame that such an adorable character is shafted. her unique equipment might look interesting, but it ddidn't change much. let's hope for a useful alt for her. i'd love to see her as a striker jiggling her way around the field and firing that flare gun
