The moderation IS there, you can get them to respond within about 8 minutes on average, the problem is that they respond in the most shitty and inconsistent ways. I didn't do it often, but I had a feeling that it was the case and just needed to see. One interesting thing is seeing what other people were banned for on the same IP and wondering why that doesn't happen more often.
