I remember like 100s of instances of them having a late conversation in Wilson's office the night before they are set to cut off the pacient's balls or whatever, and then Wilson will say something like "Beatles are way better than the Monkey's" which will trigger House's "Epiphany Look" while the "Epiphany Jingle" plays and then it cuts to the next day where House explains the team that the pacient didn't actually get AIDS from cheating his wife with a Thai ladyboy while on a business trip but is actually infected with the parasites found on a common breed of Monkey native to Cambodia that he pet while on a boat tour he also took, which luckly is fully treatable with common anti-biotics or whatever.
So in a way, he was very important to every episode.

Elden Ring DLC, if that counts as a game. I never ended up finishing it, but it was good, the exploration bits were especially nice. Got filtered funnily enough, I'm used to grinding when I hit a hard point in those games and the way upgrades were in the DLC that wasn't really an option as you got to late game. I think introducing summons and making the boss move sets much more complex to balance them was what killed it for me, as I get older my will to learn the exact mechanical timings you need in order to properly dodge roll a 20+ hit combo is just not really there anymore. Not saying it's a bad thing necessarily, just not really for me.

Beat base game entirely though, with and without mimic tear.

Fourth season started good because of interesting gimmick behind hiring a new team, but once new team was established it did go down the drain. Writers even bothered to bring original team back but it was way too late by then.

Currently Dragon's Dogma 2, Prince of Persia The Lost Crown, Space Marine 2, Shiren the Wanderer 6 and Kunitsu-gami. I would've also included Penny's Big Breakaway until Space Marine 2 came out. If M&L Brothership turns out well I imagine it'll be up there as well.
