>>689027551It's not really fair to compare the two because they're not really trying to be the same thing. Visions of Mana(and the Mana series in general) is made to feel like you're playing a 90s JRPG except made in a modern engine. If you're playing a Mana game you're getting an experience that hasn't really been getting much attention for the past 10-20 years. Relink is very clearly trying to be a modern game and takes heavy inspiration from things like modern Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter and DMC. It's far more flashy and everything about it from the plot to the characters to the visuals and even the combat feels extremely "anime."
