The biggest problem for WuWa is that 5 weeks after launch when it released it's big 1.1 update with the two most hyped characters, a new area, and new main story, it was getting less than a 5th of the daily app downloads than Genshin, a 4 year old game on a filler patch at the time. Every player that quits isn't getting replaced.
