Most of the time it can find another person in less than a minute but the last spot takes forever to fill up. I can't even imagine how bad it must be now with only 20-30k on PC. Because you're also taking in to account those playing for the campaign and those that do pvp. The game has god awful matchmaking and that's without the connectivity issues that they are still yet to fix for the majority.
