Its easy to change up, have chili over noodles one day, rice the next, a potato, some chili dogs, put it on a bun for sloppy joes etc. You can also bake just about anything, which makes meal prep and clean up really easy (preheat the oven, wash a baking tray or ceramic dish). I like frozen junk food as much as the next fat fuck, but cooking for yourself is just cheaper and better and really not that much more work.
