This might sound weird but in general sin is VERY good when it is good, and dogshit useless when it is not. It's much better here because dev gave them a ton of options to build into, massively buffing crit across the board and giving you effectively permanent 4x attack once you transcend, so if you want to try it out this is maybe the best server to do it on. But it's still not a newbie friendly class.>Combo MonkIs nearly unplayable just because Gravity didn't have the knowledge on how to make it work. Monk has other good builds, but combo is too tedious for no payoff. You have to mash buttons nonstop praying for a random chance to cast a skill, and after every kill you need to resummon spheres, which just makes the act of playing combo monk tiresome. It's fun for a couple hours but then you'll go into the other monk builds like Throw Spirit Sphere, Investigate, Steel Body, Asura, whatever. >TaekwonGravity's second attempt to make an active autoattack combo class and it actually worked out. The stances are much easier to play around and if you're a /taekwon ranker, you can chain kicks infinitely. They also need barely any gear because their barefoot damage is just as high as any non-endgame weapon (well, TKMs use book, TK kids are always weaponless). On Rv3, Dev made Taekwon Master automatically kick when stances are up, so the damage potential is very nutty. Pretty comfy, decent at farming, can party decently well and has a few niche endgame utility options with some of its cheese options like Warmth. If I had to recommend one to a complete newbie? Probably Taekwon I suppose. Sin isn't bad here, though but you're going to suffer before you transcend. Monk is good for other things, not autoattacking. Rogue is decent but nothing to write home about. Smith is lmao. AGI knight is fun.

Magic Ninja spikes the hardest immediately, which is to say they have one really good skill (icicle spear) and almost everything else sucks, but icicle spear is insanely good, especially at level 1. Throwing Ninja is a slippery asshole that jumps around and throws shurikens and kunai at things, seems decent here but requires a huge gear investment. I don't think I've seen any melee ninjas even with the buffs, Gravity really did that class dirty and I don't know if all the changes Dev implemented makes melee builds viable in any way short of playing final strike memeninja.
