A 2060 isn't expensive. It's a budget card. I think modern games are better optimized toward AMD cpus(and GPUs) though so you might want to get one of those as well.

I played World with a 4690k/1060, by the time I got a good pc to play it I already lost my interest. Now I got a 5600x/3070ti and was thinking of getting a 5700x3d to alleviate some of the CPU issues but fuck me.

The terrible PC performance is going to cause this game to be a flop because; 1. 70% of Steam cant even run it and 2. No one owns a ps5 outside of a handful of content creators.

>>693476265You are also forgetting the atrocious timing.When the PiS5 pro was announced a lot of snoys gave up on snoy and built PCs, most importantly, this happened even in japan.A LOT of those builds were RTX 4060 or RX 7600 builds.However, it happened way too early to test the builds with this release, instead people already had a full month to use their computers to play recent games, and the cards I mentioned run the games perfectly fine at 1080p, which most people still use.Especially demanding games like FF16, flopazio, etc.In other words, a new generation of PC gaymers already got a taste of ultra or very high gapix at a perfectly smooth 1080p 60fps if not higher, and this is without forgetting the people that bought even stronger hardware.This comes out at a time AFTER shitmas, this means EVEN MORE TIME to experience decently optimized games.
