Reminder that a food that says "potency" is far better than a food that just says "endurance" or some stat. Potency is the same as getting free potential every time you are hungry which in turn gains you a skill point far faster than just a one time exp boost that you can only do 2 or 3 times a day. In fact imagine if you only eat potency foods, you will always be at 40-80% potency but without spending hundreds of platinum coins every day.
