I hate Epic so much it's Unreal.

Game development has never been more accessible. If you have a computer and an internet connection you can call yourself a game developer now. Making games is generally more challenging than other types of software, and most people are completely unqualified and completely out of their depth to even think about making a video game. But of course it's just easier to say UE = bad, so that's what ends up happening.
