siege is a poor example. it only became defender sided after years of nerfs to attackers for no fucking reason. why did zofia need to be a 1 speed? why did sledge have to lose his smg-11? why did ash have to lose flashbangs?I hate defending personally. you do the same shit 90% of the time with default setups and some operators being so strong on specific sites that you would be throwing not to pick them. attacking is much more dynamic because you have to adapt to the opponent's setup and you always have the initiative.
