Lots of people exploding their kneecaps and just stuck doing nothing cause there's no healing items. I guess that's part of modding the game though.

Anglemaxing would be pretty horrible, "up" typically wants a straight shot. That being said slopes that can just be walked up instead of clumb are still ideal finds.
