Really it's on your left + NSM but remember, Turbo Sprint is just the gold version of sprinting gear, which you can get from blue balls if your Sprint is at A yeah. Meticulous measures is the white version of Perfect prep, can also get it from blue balls. Sprint/late corners, sprint/late straights, gap closer are good sprint related ones you can grab.Straightaway adept, position pilfer, fighter, outer swell are some straight + late abilities you can grab as well. With lates, it's good just to gamble on as many as you possibly can. You don't need the fancy gamble accels like Turbo Sprint or Curren's stuff. Just grab what's there and stick with the essentials. Due to their positioning, they're more likely to trigger No Stopping Me. I'm a bit spoiled with Dober right now, as her unique accel does a lot of the work for her especially when it goes off right before late race. Still, On Your Left is good. Just borrow Natie, do 3 other wit cards, or do 3 wit, Riko, 2 speed, and grab rushing gale from Riko.
