As someone who got filtered by Conquest Lunatic on Ch. 9 and never beat it but beat Engage Maddening twice, I'd say it's only slightly harder than Conquest Hard. You have so many tools to work with in Engage. Also inb4 DLC claims, never used them. Only "cheating" thing I used was the Well.
