I have to say that Primal Force doesn't really have an irreparable lack of scaling for late game that some people have said it does. I just did a run where I got it as a Neow reward and aside from breaking act 1 it also has a saving grace for later; Thrash. Thrash takes unga bunga boulders and scales off of them. It helps that I got the mini cannon relic thing which makes upgrade cards do 3 damage which means primal force+ was giving me 23 damage rocks. 1 cost 23 damage attacks don't really need much scaling. Also that power that doubles block the first time you play that card is surely getting gutted, it has absurd value for 1 energy upgraded.
