The Es in Central Fiction is a recreation she has memory of what her actual self experienced and mannerisms such as her pudding obsession, it's why she disappears after Terumi is beaten and the origin goes to sleep, the azure will decided the copy was no longer necessary, Naoto on the other hand is the exact guy from the novels just a time skip after those novels end.
