The one that irks me most is translating "Q-chan" as "Qtie". I understand the intention, they took the honorific used to imply a level of cuteness and came up with a pun that matches that feeling. But it's a name. In every other context other than video game localization, people understand that names are supposed to be left untouched because they hold a special importance for identity. Plus this isn't the 90s anymore, audiences for weebish stuff know what japanese honorifics are now. And also, shoehorning that pun in there is particularly wrong since "cute" is already a common loanword in japanese and the japanese love puns, especially in character names. If the original creator wanted to make a pun on the word "cutie" then the pun would have been there already.
