I disliked Ivalice raids because I have no attachment to Ivalice games and a huge part of that especially the last two wings seemed to hinge on being well versed in FF tactics story, I think Bozja told a better story with Ivalice inspirations while still original to FF14 just like Crystal Tower. The FFXI raids are an even worse version of the Ivalice raids to me . I liked Nier because I have played drakengard and nier but those are narratively even worse becuase they aren't even final fantasy games and the meaning of that raid is completely irrelevant to FF14's world with basically no attempt at all to integrate it into the setting.I don't want collab raid series anymore but since NGE is the next one I hope it's not basically a sequel to that franchise in FF14 instead of something in the world of FF14 inspired by that franchise
