Consider the following: +Def/-Spd Armor/GK Corrin. Almost every boss in the game is a physical attacker, so by reclassing to GK, basically none of them will be able to deal much damage to him at all, all the while he will be able to use Yato against them and run both Luna and Dragon Fang to turn them into mince meat. You can also reclass Corrin to General the few times where mount is a weakness too, completely invalidating the problem.
