I played the sequel of IMSCARED ( Remnants of a Scare ), I expected something pretty shitty but it's pretty well done so far. My only concern is that the secrets / alternative endings are a little bit tedious to get to and i feel like the main reason to play the game is to get it.

>>741375473
there are no steam statistics about ai usage in this fest dumb fuck. if you're referring to the ~40% figure going around, that was for ALL games released on steam last week, nothing to do with this fest of demos. more importantly, that's based solely on self-reporting amid a strong anti-ai stigma, meaning it's the bare minimum and devs are incentivized to not disclose their usage, so the real percentage is going to be much higher.

They should add some pen scratching sounds (that can be disabled of course). Right now the only sound she makes is some magic thing that made me think the timer was over every time I heard it. The music is ok, the unlockable dialogues are whatever.
I think I'm missing out by not having it on a second monitor, still more effective than just a timer because I don't want to disappoint the anime girl, made me focus for over an hour.

embers of the uncrowned is nexon's latest which sort of plays like a clunkier and lost ark but with a much smoother sense of progression. promises to not be p2w in favor of sold cosmetics which I almost believe due to armor having no appearance. enjoyed it enough and might check it out on release

Looks interesting, mostly because of the setting, but I yet have to play it.

Any elder scrolls clones?
Queen's Domain from esthetic kind reminds me of Morrowind, but I have mixed feelings about it. While I can get used to the combat system that's a lot about strafing and holding attack button, whoever came up with high-up placed laser shooting eyes can go fuck himself. From strange fantasy rpg advanced games there's turn based Entropy from Dread Delusion's devs and I also found Apathema that looks a tad interesting, but I haven't played these two.

>>
>>741372826
It gets a lot of points for being literally the only game of this hyper-specific genre, but that doesn't save it from the useless gun elevation mechanic, or the incredibly simple target acquisition mechanics. It's just far too easy to locate enemies and ballistics measurements and calculations are all automatic. This is basically just lever-pulling simulator
>>
>>741376024
I didn't think twice about the translation at least, which I suppose is a good thing. That doesn't mean it was perfect ofc, but at the very least it wasn't jank and I didn't notice any obviously added western memes or quips about trans lives being heckin valid.
>>
>>741377260
My friends and I tried desperately to enjoy this game but it's so fucking easy, and it's likely you'll go an entire match without seeing another player. Plus, the lobbies are full of official bots that play like dogshit

I am once again bitching about fuckass devs who dump their game on every conceivable category. No, your shitty asset flip precision rage game is NOT also an adventure game because a dialogue box pops up every dozen screens, and a puzzle game because sometimes you step on a button to open a door.
>>
>>741377425
When I played it I had the same experience this anon >>741377675 had, it adds nothing to the experience and I feel like a standard PvE approach would have just been better, it always feels like these games are using the extraction genre as a crutch for popularity rather than a thoughtful addition to the gameplay. Granted not a single extraction game so far has ever managed to keep me engaged for more than 100 hours so I'm clearly not the target audience but still, at least with games like Dark and Darker I could play it and think "Yeah I guess I can see why it'd be fun"
>>
>>741378038
It is the onus of an extraction game to put the player into danger which compels them to escape. You can see successful examples of this in Tarkov, where you can die in one shot to the head/eyes, and Dark and Darker, where one mob can fuck you up if you don't get spacing right. Mistfall Hunter fails at this because the PvE is so braindead easy. Mobs do pathetic damage and don't follow you out of the "room" they spawn in, and PvP encounters are just not common. my friends and I played trios for about 10 hours collectively, and we encountered another group of players exactly TWICE. Every other PvP encounter was obviously just a bot.
>>
>>741377260
Most extraction games are FPS where you get your head blown off from nine miles away if you poke out from cover

Dark and Darker laid the ground for a better kind of extraction with slower close-range combat and dungeon crawling but the devs fumbled it. So people are on the lookout for another good fantasy extraction game. Sadly Mistfall is not that game.

A couple of them got full-on vidya adaptations, too. Deathtrap Dungeon had a janky Tomb Raider type game, and Warlock of Firetop Mountain got an adaptation based on the board game a few years back, with combat maps and everything.

I don't think I can handle another korean mmo after throne and liberty's failure at this point, I hate how koreans have all shifted towards mobile or console friendly full screen UIs and gacha menu navigation, I miss the old web design UI that felt more like a desktop. That and alongside the weird daily/weekly gated progress that makes it more like a job instead of just letting me play the game whenever I want and binge on weekends if I have time. They peaked with like aion 1, archeage, tera, c9 and black desert and haven't made anything good since.
>>
>>741381835
Embers itself is a repackage of a Nexon mobile game called Wars of Prasia, and it shows in gameplay
>>
>>741377229
>promises to not be p2w in favor of sold cosmetics
Also this isn't even a good thing imo, this is equally as mediocre and boring as a p2w mmo. I say this because an mmo without gear that represents their strength is pointless, everyone running around looks exactly the same unless they paid whatever for whatever cosmetic, that's really gay and stupid. I don't really give a shit about cosmetics at all honestly. I want mmos with gear that looks better the more powerful you get and has mix and match capabilities, and at this point I don't even care about p2w anymore because koreans stopped doing pvp mmos forever ago so I don't care if someone is hitting 20k more than me because they paid a thousand dollars for a single weapon upgrade when I just want a game to play.

Surprisingly fluid antigrav racer, more similar to something like redout, I never played redout 2 so can't really comment.
Disappointed there were only 3 tracks in the demo, all of which are wide as fuck and you just kinda cruise easily around. Collisions get fucking weird the three times I touched something but it was so easy it wasn't an issue.
Pod racer style "dart" wasn't in the demo either, and that's mostly what had me interested.

So far it is one of three games out of about 60 demos I've tried that are any good and boy does it stand out. There is enough there for zoomers who are allergic to movement techs to enjoy and deep movement techs for oldfags to enjoy. I just hope it there is a 10x more difficult mode in the game (ideally with 10x the number of enemies) for people who understand all the "hidden" movement mechanics.
The other two are:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/3714420/Delta/ - I initially loved this game. They understand what makes games like Quake appealing but for some asinine reason they stopped short of greatness. It is just a map trial game not a PvP FPS. So it honestly serves no real purpose. I don't know how many people just grind out jump maps in CS/Quake anymore but apparently now there is a whole ass game for those people. The ones that like movement but don't have the neuroplasticity or reaction time to combine it with shooting folks.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4347080/VOID_DIVER_Escape_from_the_Abyss_Demo/ - this is clearly something quite nice for people who enjoy this sort of game. Sadly that isn't me.
One game shows promise but unfortunately is extremely shallow and has microscopically small maps so you can't pick up speed. That's https://store.steampowered.com/app/4323990/EMPULSE/ and given who the developer is I wouldn't expect it to evolve beyond what is in this demo. So possibly a fun casual game if you want to absolutely crush FPS-lets that have moved from Apex to this. It is somehow even more streamlined than Titanfall 2 which was a stripped down simplified tech-stripped version of the masterpiece Titanfall.
>>
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4151000/Fading_Echo_Demo/
action adventure where you get water blob powers and interact in different ways with water, lava and green sludge. Not gonna lie, the dialogue is a bit Forspoken-y, but there's some pretty fun mechanics happening and the presentation is cool enough for me to look past it.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4597250/Order_of_the_Sinking_Star_Demo/
Is Sokoban, a good Sokoban. So yes there are some neats mechanics giving this game a twist. A good puzzle game, now I just wish it didn't have the longest audiolog ever that engulfed the first part of the tutorial. Kind of wish the dialogue and story was post levels maybe. I do hate that to reach a level I neede to move back and forth, Block Koala shit that was. Good game.

Is Bubble Bobble but instead of bubbles, fireballs. Is an easy game so far. The gimmick is that you can burn stuff likes explosive barrels and boxes that are under a platform and if they burn, the platform falls. I had fun with this one.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3861690/Dont_Get_Fired_Demo/
Run around, do some task, choose the toilet then lose because you only got one stall and you got a line of five people. It was entertaining, nothing much to say, friendslop.

So I tried to play it, I am dumb or this game works bad, is like Don't Get Fired but worse. people change the thing they want really fast and there was no tutorial and I even had to combine items, didn't manage to put the chocolate syrup to the ice cream, fuck this shit.

This game is horrifically mistagged. It's definitely an artsy narrative walking sim first and foremost (the only other button aside from walking is hit thing with sledgehammer). It might be one of the better ones of it's type though, it did definitely create an atmosphere. I'd say it's a bit unsubtle in its messages, but considering the sledgehammer I think that's intentional.

grim. Where's the Cultics, Ion Maidens or Hedons?
>>
>>741372826
I liked it enough. But there are some presentations issues that stand out like a sore thumb for me. I think the whole lever thing could be replaced by some form of old computer using punch cards where you could do all the work before like calculations, angles and whatnot. Only to lay back watching it all unfold after you punched the calculations in.

My main gripe is how the cannon feel, they have virtually no weight to them, no matter how massive the screen shake is you can't fake the weight of those type of ammunition being loaded. This is especially true for the loading mechanism felt like a ordnance that massive just casually being shoved into the canon so easily makes me a bit sad. Also fully ramming the power bags without even thinking about how fragile and explosive they are is also a sad detail to go unnoticed.
Those old WW2 era training vids on how they handle the main cannon on ships such as Iowa can give you a pretty good idea of how it should be done.

Maybe some more autismo when it came to calculations like the other anons said and making sure the map was overall better and more immersive. But it's a pretty good game

Trying this right now. Is there no bunny hopping in this? Or if there is, it feels like the speed cap is heavily limited. Like it seems that jumping out of a slide or off a boost is faster than jumping off the ground, but fuuuuuuuuuuuuck me man this is a far cry from the bunny hopping in Titanfall

I'm gonna be so pissed if this takes off without bunnyhopping and people praise it, because on the other end of things, there's ShatterRush which actually feels like Titanfall. It's just super early in development and doesn't have nepobaby funding like this does

Alright there definitely seems to be some conservation of speed off of boost lifts if you slide and hop, but true hopping and speeding up from anything seems to be missing, and there's no EPG equivalent. Again, gonna be super upset if this becomes popular as a Titanfall replacement with the frauds. Might be fun as its own thing, but if this gets the successor title I'm just gonna, I dunno. Signy and Mino was alright, though the demo was pretty short and mostly tutorialising. The combat is like an in between of Paper Mario and Valkyrie Profile, with you using meter to chain attacks and juggle enemies on your turn while dodging attacks on the enemy turn. Good music too.

>bunny hopping
I hate the erroneous early gen-z use of this terminology (fucking CS fags) but yes by your modern definition there is... "bunny hopping." Conservation of speed translates from all movement techs if you exit correctly. There is even slope jumping (or.... "ramp jumping" ugh). Though I haven't played enough rounds to fiddle see if you can break the soft speed cap and the map is too fucking small to get a good feel for it (the practice arena though is a good place to test vs the teeny tiny map in pvp).
It is hilarious how the guns are all laser beams in hip fire. Love that fact. Might as well go all the way and add in full air strafe and proper circle jumping techs as well at this point and delete the mech. Especially given how trash the mech is and how the balance between mech/infantry is so wack right now.
Hopeful the game is like 20 bucks or free so it gets enough attention to fund additional maps and maybe breathe some fucking life into the visuals because it is just so bland and corporate right now. There is a LOT of potential here and I'm worried the retarded CEO that runs this company is going to squander it like he did with Splitgate.

Your loss anon. The audience for technical shooters is extremely small. Most places where they are discussed will be disgusted by the misuse of the derogatory term bunny hopping which is explicitly used to describe a non-technical movement, one done in a panic by someone who doesn't understand a game's movement mechanics. Why/how zoomers managed to corrupt it in CS-space I'll never know. Possibly some Russian mistranslation or an inbred streamer. I don't accept any perverse attempts to redefine words. That is jewery of the highest order.
>>
>>741402604
I doubt it will, unfortunately. Ended up playing a match and it just felt like Splitgate but with some extra gimmicks, but the real kicker is that it dropped me into a match with bots. They never seem to learn with ANY of their releases that being matched against bots gets you to drop the game real quickly, as no one wants to slog through a bunch of fake matches until they're allowed to have fun.

Hell, that's the entire reason I ended up dropping Splitgate Reloaded. I was willing to give it a chance because I really wanted to see the game succeed after they did the revamp, as I was a big enjoyer for Splitgate 1 (even played in a couple of the /vm/ game nights for it), but Splitty 2's propensity to continue to drop me into fake matches (even after doing the required intro ones/level ups) instead of giving me a longer queue eventually killed all my interest with that game.

Besides, one always has to remember that it was EA that wanted Titanfall 3 in the first place. Respawn--or more accurately the scattered and remaining dregs of them that stayed after TF|2--are the ones that kept choosing not to do it. I doubt there's anyone left with the drive to make it, let alone the talent.

Echo Weaver.
Time-loop metroidvania sounded fun, but it's obvious that the implementation is lacking.
Was hoping that the entire map would be relatively close to the spawn point and only knowledge gates would stop you from going wherever, but instead there's checkpoints that basically set your spawn point further along. And that 'basically' makes it worse, even; if your spawn point actually shifted at least I'm sure the explanation could be neat, but no, it just arbitrarily moves your fast-travel point that you can reach 1 second into a run. Boo.
Also the loops themselves are supposedly on a timer but you get so much extra time it basically doesn't matter.

I've still added more wishlists than removed, so not too upset. Just a little.

Divine Frequency is pretty damn good. Not really sure what the premise is, but the presentation is great. Some of it reminds me of E.Y.E., with the pseudo-RPG stats and dialogue choices, and the general look too. You get 1 reused sex scene for the monster girls you can make, the demo has a 15 minute trial timer, while being an auto battler with no means of speeding up combat. Combat drags on as slowly as possible, and it seems like your units are capped at lvl 2, as their first levels up were instant, but no subsequent ones came upon defeating over 8 enemies after the fact.
Just bad, which is sad because the idea has appeal.
No items dropped while testing combat,

I played Choo Choo Defenders because I just wanted to try something quick.

I thought it was supposed to be a tower defense, but you're not really defending anything except for yourself. The train just goes around the track and auto-shoots, similar to Loop Hero, except you don't have much to do while the wave is actually running. The gameplay is mainly placing your limited tracks in between waves to hit certain pickups or deliver stuff. Reminds me a little of Mini Metro/Motorways, though you can't adjust your track mid-level and even on the highest difficulty, it's pretty easy. There are different conductors you can use, but aside from their starting weapons, they all pretty much play the same.

It's a little charming, but it seems to lack replayability. It has the typical roguelite pick-one-of-3-upgrades, but that doesn't seem to shake up things very much. Levels themselves are rather short, so I don't see being able to put that many hours into it either.

ignoring that the game's too simple, my biggest issue is that all the pushy-wushy stuff is CLICK TO DO THE ENTIRE THING, like the loading and a bunch of levers
i want full on borderline-vr levels of interaction, more knobs, more twists, less automation, more things that take time so that i can do something else in parallel for maximum optimization and stress
pvkk gettings its lunch eaten because they have some weird feature creep and insane level of polish to achieve is really funny, reminds me of that one body cam game that spawned the genre with its trailer alone, but managed to miss out on its own fad that came and went lmao

Played Object Impermanence and can agree with the common sentiment.
It felt like I was walking forward without any real roadblocks, the puzzles a non-threat. And while the "ruined martian factory" aesthetic was kinda neat, I still wasn't interested in it.
The one secret I found was just "you can walk on these small pipes", and the reward was just some more alien graffiti which I didn't have any reason to care about. Unfortunate.
Viewfinder had some real issues, but at the very least that was a game whose rules were fairly omni-applicable and made me say "woah, sick" at least twice. Despite this being a game focused on the quantum rocks from Outer Wilds, I see nothing to indicate it's going to be nearly as cool as just that small fraction of that game. Sad!

I played another train game, just because.

Endless Rails is an even more straightforward bullet heaven with the gimmick of moving the train towards one side of the screen or the other. The train is your body, but you mainly control the "drones" which are always grouped up.
However, the main way to get more guns/damage/buffs are centered around your carriages. You combine them into bigger carriages, but the weird part is that it doesn't seem very integrated. Combining carriages don't really care what's on them, so long as you upgrade in order (1:1 -> 2:2 -> 4). The modules you put on them can be freely bought/sold, so you don't really care too much about setting up a proper "build" like other games.

It seems like the combination and upgrade mechanics could be a lot more varied and interesting, but they aren't. Also it has a "boss" level, but you kill the boss super fast and then it's just a regular wave for the rest of it, which was really anticlimactic.

it either needs to be WAY more autistic, or less autistic.
if it was faster and simpler, you could up the rate of fire and get more complex with the missions. moving targets, quicker counter attacks, etc.
or, they go harder on the simulation aspect, but i'm worried about how fun that would be. if it takes 5 minutes to load and fire a round, how do you make the actual "gameplay" challenging without it feeling like you've been kicked in the nuts for being 1 degree off in your calculations?

I haven't seen anyone talk about it so I'm gonna shill it.

Chained Beasts is an action roguelite where you play as an animal-themed gladiator. The main gimmick of the game is that you're constantly chained to something, be it a big metal ball, the ground, your coop buddy (if you're not solo), etc. The chain works both to hamper you and to benefit you, you can get caught on something and get stuck, but you can also use it to trip enemies like in that final action scene in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Game feels good, looks nice, and has a nice soundtrack. By all means it should be one of the highlights of the event if anyone at all besides me found it in the sea of incremental idle AI slop.

It's not a deckbuilder, but it's sorta table-top adjacent. You play as an AI core inside a wee spaceship that you customize with various modules, which you then activate by rolling dice and shoving them into those modules. If you've played LONESTAR it might seem somewhat familiar.

Can't help but feel like the name of the game was a very unfortunate coincidence. It's only called that because you play as a rogue AI core, it doesn't have anything to do with clankers.

>The Second Reality Room
Love me chuunis and particulary this type of trauma take on it like in Chuu2. The deduction part can get annoyingly vague at times. There was one translation that I failed because one of the terms was a coin toss between students or salarymen, and I chose the wrong one by choosing students (which annoyingly, ended up being right anyways because the group was actually a mix of students AND salarymen). Wishlisted.
>Vholume
Perfection. It's like Mirror's Edge but at the faster speed that I've wanted and actually still manages to play smooth. Wishlisted.
>Sprawl Zero
Cool for a shooter and I'd like the weapon swapping if they added more cool gimmick weapons. I did find a secret chest that rotated between a bunch of weapons and it seems like all the gimmicky stuff is locked to the higher tiers (it scrolled past a katana at T6, and I got a T5 grenade launcher that shot five grenades at once and destroyed the environment) so I hope there's more ways to get those instead of just praying you actually spot a secret every level. Also needs some movement tech.

Mid to bad. Like the other brawlers I've tried so far (blades and battles, flux heroes) it has absolutely no grab attacks which is just boring.
For some reason it has absolutely no pause function at all, no way to see your movelist, etc (those are in a downloadable pdf or steam guide, which explains the "bend over" move is actually pickup; you can just hold the button and do it at any time to make her bend over lol)
A lot of moves feel hard to actually get her to do like stomping and seem to serve no purpose
Special moves are done via holding X or Y mostly. So you can't combo XXX into the sword special. Because tha'ts hold X. Its a bad system.
Even reading the moveset, I don't know how to change weapon. Sometimes she claws, sometimes she has a sword with the same exact input. Never used the scythe.
Also, her hairline on her sprite is too high so she looks like she's wearing a wig ruining the core appeal of her being hot

I've taken to checking the game folders of every demo I download and it's fairly common for Unity devs to accidentally leave the DebugInformation_DoNotShip folder in the game files, which then contains a debug log file based on their computer. I had enough fun that I tried going for the find all holes achievement. I then proceeded to find like twenty hidden holes and I think three entire new screens I hadn't seen before and I still was missing something. I'm genuinely hooked on bee golf.

Also I haven't tried it yet, but an anon recommended https://store.steampowered.com/app/2531040/Rune_Golf/

Lots of species have been made extinct by human hands, and many will continue to do so unless they are useful to humans like the pig or cow. Sorry for the blackpill.

He is just he villain of the north world. And even in the north, you quickly leave the castle. It's castle->forest->desert, and the puzzle graphics slowly shift from one area to another as you progress.

>Silver Pines
Came here to post about this. I was surprised at just how good it was. I was expecting just a generic narrative game using Twin Peaks as an aesthetic, but it's a genuinely solid Metroidvania. The voice acting was really good too and they all knew what they were doing with their inflections. I want it to come out faster.

Very cute, but as the others said, really depends on how much you can do. CYOA live or die based on how many paths there are and how meaningful your decisions end up being.

Chants of Sennar but with math. It really feels like this is how we'd end up communicating with an alien species starting with basic numbers then basic arithmetic, then logical operations, and eventually concepts.
Haven't finished it yet but I know I'm going to get this game

I suppose it was fine, a nice gimmick, not much fun so...eh. Is worth checking out if you really like puzzle games I suppose

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4348610/Codex_Arcana_Grimoire_of_Monsters/
I had fun with this one, is Chess but with monster girls. you have to mind the terrain, how they moves and range and form of the attacks, most things die to two hits. There is the interesting mechanic that comanding units uses mana and stronger units use more so you have to a bit mindful to not move everyone and forgot to attack. I reccomend this one. I am sorry Chick Harpy, you got your ass handed everytime, I failed you.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4732160/Blighthold_Demo/
A Side-scroller RTS, I think it wasn't bad. I think it feels like Frostpunk with moral and creating laws that are perks. Main issue is that it lacks a tutorial and wasted too much time without purifying things, send workers to the center barricade building. It was meh or maybe it REALLY needs a tutorial.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4215900/World_Inverted_Demo/
Is a tactical exploration game? I didn't play much as I didn't wanted to waste hours in a single demo. combat is simple passing turns and interrupting the oponent if you can, it uses a timer system, faster attacks gives you a little bar strong big bars, ya know. The art was good, it has that Blame feel a bit, main issue is that the menu for equipment doesn't fit some words and the menu is kind of bad but no deal breaker really. Maybe I should have played it a bit more but is late. I did wishlist it.

Every fail state in a game would be an ending according to that book, it's around 30 endings and 20 of them are you lose start over

Because most of those endings are copypaste, dead ends or gags, just look at automata

15 minute walking simulator, sets up a neat atmosphere and has a cute goth fairy passed out drunk in the woods who asks you to find her boot and her smokes but otherwise not much going on, will probably end up being nothing but I'll keep an eye on it
>>
Veritas Tales is interesting but it doesn't grip me, good music and art but reading this story I don't feel engaged. Played for around 30 mins.
I'll be taking a few ideas from this game for my own game however.

Same devs made a very bad beat-em-up based on The Phantom with this game already announced before that even released so I knew to avoid it. Shame since they do a decent job with capturing the look of the IPs they get.

a few more games
>Project TurboBlast
A lot better than two fests ago but still too chaotic and boost focused for me. You're always boosting so the boost does feel like a boost, it's just standard speed.

>UDONGEIN X2
Cute touhou action platformer with good spritework, it seems pretty good.

>HYPER DETONATOR
Simple twin-stick with Gradius powerups. Enemy mass spawning on top of you gets you nine out of ten rather than bullets or veering too close.

>Ten Years of Rain
Cool middle-eastern Zelda clone with a few neat ideas, starts off fast

>VoidHue
Good sokoban, easy to understand premise and decent puzzles. Wishlist.

> Bunderkin: The Ocular Eclipse
Seems like a cute game with a decent way to present "social issues" for younger kids. Dialogue and animation and illustrations are all great, although the colour palette and character design is a bit samey. You're left a bit aimless, the level is fairly open but still contained in corridors and areas. Too easy and simple, even though it's made for younger kids.

> Echo Weaver
Time-loop metroidvania with good controls. Looked cheap at first but is pretty decent. Writing is too quirky and it feels too easy. We'll see.

>3-Bit Explorer
Promising 2D puzzle adventure. The box moving ability is snappy, which is always a big potential hurdle for these games. Well written, short dialogues that don't get in the way.
Good design, although the white sprites are drab. Funny character design and good level layouts. Some SFX reminds me of BotW. The soft piano tones in the music does as well, in a way. Impressionistic, a bit of Harold Budd maybe. Wonderful. Scene scrolling could use some work, it's a bit laggy on a Steam Deck which it really shouldn't be.
I stopped playing and wishlisted it.

>Flock of the Seraphim
Cute survival clone with a very drab level. Cute but boring.
>>
>>741450372
>Wilderings: The Lost Spring
Combat feels good, don't like the bamham counter icons though. Feels early-ish. Light and heavy attacks have the same animation. Very cute flying animation.
Fantastic design, modelling and animation. Feels like Beyond Good & Evil X Wind Waker X Dofus? Detail is still a bit sparse in some areas, you can tell it's a wip. Writing is decent. Creature AI is cool, they try to flank you and have varied and well animated attacks.
Needs a more fun movement option, talking around gets old.
Runs pretty badly on the Deck though. Having to load between areas on death is crazy.
Wishlisted, I did not expect to like this.

>Nimbit Frontier
Roguelite take on the mine from Stardew Valley, set in Made in Abyss + pokemons? Controls well and looks decent. Dialogue doesn't get too much in the way. Cute art.
Quickly got into the action which was a good sign. Feels good, but even on "Spicy" and supposedly an "advanced floor" there's zero challenge. Bad placeholder music. Not worth it, sadly.
