fuck offI think a solo Amy game should be about Amy going on that solo adventure of hers she talked about in Frontiers. Just her trying to make the world a better place, it's her wanting to find more of that love she saw with Sonic.The villain of the game, I don't think Amy should be able to beat in a fight, rather I think a threat like that should fall only to the strongest part of Amy, her compassion. I know I'm literally asking for talknojutsu, but the difference is that Amy really doesn't have any other options and it's what she's the best at.If we insist on Amy getting a power up, I think it should be a traditional mahou shoujo transformation, but I'd rather save that for her emerald form later down the line, what I'm after for in an Amy game are lower stakes and less intensity than you'd typically get with Sonic.In terms of general gameplay, I think non-linearity is the way to go, a bit slower paced with a lot of verticality to make use of Amy's jumping. I like the idea getting the player to look for people to cheer up and actually getting to see how that affects the ingame world, a few hyper energetic minigames focusing on casual activities would be cute.I really want character customization to come back, even if it was just pallet swaps of Amy's typical outfit or different costume sets, though specifically I'd prefer it if we went a little more in depth than Ultimate did, but not as far as Forces went.As for any other new characters, the only one I think would make a valuable contribution would be a boy trying to recover from having his confession of love brutally rejected, Amy convinces him to tag along in her mission, he'd be like the love interest of a typical shoujo series.At the end of the game he's ready to be romantically vulnerable again and maybe he has a moment where he distracts the villain from Amy which prompts her to call the attempt cute only for her to trail off once she notices that he is actually kind of cute, and fairly brave.

Why do people prefer the 2D Sonic games over the 3D ones? No problems, no glitches, no crappy cameras, no stupid storyline, just you running through stages having a blast and they were always fun to go back to. To this day, I've beat all the original games on my Genesis many times over. Sonic Adventure, I've beat it a lot. SA2, like twice. Then Sonic Heroes, once. Will never finish Sonic 2006 and I'm attempting to finish Unleashed, I completely loathe that I have to get medals to play different levels. I think the only Sonic game to ever do something like that may have been Sonic Jam but I could be mistaken. Either way...it doesn't help the games pacing when I have to go back to other levels and attempt to find little medals just so I can go to the next levels. v_v
