What are some good spells to cast before/starting fights? I have a STR/INT build for cold weapons and not really feeling the impact of the INT much. I love glintblade phalanx but they get broken by fog doors. Greatbow is useful sometimes.

Fromsoft brought this on themselves by being intentionally vague about everything so nobody knows what piece of information truly matters and what doesn't.I think Fromsoft themselves don't actually have a coherent index of all the lore tidbits and how they connect everywhere, I think they just make descriptions that are vague enough so that multiple interpretations can hold true and then let the fanbase figure it out and make the lore for them.
