You have 4 levels each with a boss that drops a special weapon followed by a final stage. Each of the 4 main bosses have a weakness to one other weapon, which not only does a bunch of damage but also buffs the boss and gives a different scene when you lose after they're buffed. The final boss drops a weapon too which gives a 3rd scene for killing each boss with it.

I remember an old kusoge (RJ128496) where doing the incredibly tedious pure run (not virgin, she was gangraped by enemy soldiers as a child) results in the protagonist executing the people who helped her because they were prostitutes and she's purging the kingdom of degeneracy.

Positive overall. Proving the commercial viability of translating such a niche has vastly increased the amount of translations occurring.
The non-MTL fan translation scene barely existed in the first place for these games.
Main problems are the inherent unreliability of getting H-games on steam, and opportunists taking advantage of the increased interest to snatch games and release literally broken garbage MTLs commercially.
Kagura has also made a number of rather bad translation decisions themselves of course, not going to deny that.
