This is primarily due to how ARs get fucked in the damage calculation, so.ething that 5Chen somewhat bypasses by also dealing skill damage.This leads me to believe that AltFenny may be an Ult character since her 70%-100% Ballistic damage applies to her Ult and her Ult doesn't get cucked by the AR's multipliers. This is further supported by the fact that AltFenny doesn't carry much Kinetic multipliers so unlike most other characters she doesn't dilute Tess' massive elemental damage multipliers, or Enya's skill damage.

Sure, it also has a ton of dark stories, bad timelines, and whatnot, but the grimness is balanced out by light-heartedness, and an overall comfy setting. I wish more gachas leaned into the SoL aspect instead of trying to be gritty and serious.
