I have wanted to play Centur-ion since I saw the announcements. I wanted a synchro deck that wasn't combo slop, a deck that uses traps (I count it) and a deck that themes on cool mechs, and a deck comes out that is not only all of these, the mechs it's based off of are gurren lagann (and gunbuster, etc) which was super meaningful to me in highschool.I have not however been able to justify the pricepoint, and they KEEP PRINTING GOOD CARDS, meaning prices won't settle for something I want to build casually. In a game that was actually balanced, generic cards would be weaker than non-generic cards. The less generic or the harder to summon a monster is, the stronger the effect. You'd want good payoff for whatever monster you'd be setting up for. Same for Spells/Traps. Something like Burst Stream of Destruction shouldn't be weaker than Raigeki.
