Like if your carry already has 250-300% crit damage in battle with speed boots they might be lacking attack stat while additional crit damage will barely do anything. There's also DoT where crit is worthless and Fleet is twice weaker so you'll definitely want this set there on supports.

After getting M7H up and giving her some relics from another char (other than 2 new ones), I can say: She's shit. Her damage is negative and the buff she provides isn't high enough to justify that. I expected it, but yeah. New player help due to the elemental adaption thingy. And no, a follow up with e2 won't change the core problem of negative damage. A single enhanced basic (after ult) deals about the damage a single ult enhanced Topaz pig does. Outside of that she basically does no damage.
