Quicksilver and Domino are already questionable inclusions since they reduce the chance of finding Wiccan, but they feel like necessary evils because floating mana for even one turn invalidates the entire gameplan. Imagine if Sera turned off if you didn't spend energy. So stuffing your deck to all but guarantee you play on curve is your best bet. But then the question is, what are you ramping towards? +2 energy is a massive boost, but there's not a lot you'd have to spend that extra mana on at that point. Especially not big cards which would be coming down on those turns anyway. And the more high cost cards you add the lower the chances of getting your 3 costs and even getting Wiccan to go in the first place.I think he might be happier in archetypes with 1 costs instead.
