>>488984648They'll never be able to balance around maxed appends 120 Servants, because the game can't assume you'll have any specific niche covered by a maxxed Servant, since the resources are so limited that even devoted players will be prevented from having more than a couple. And FGO needs people to beat the events and story chapters because otherwise they don't get motivated into rolling for Servants due to the story. (hence why they do the blue cube campaigns, half/quarter AP main quests, etc). So FGO will always be balanced around the assumption that you have a level 90 Servant in every class and some supports to protect/buff them, because that's all they can realistically assume and still remain accessible.
