there were 6 legacy dungeons in the base game. and you pay 60 dollars which is 10 dollars per legacy. in the dlc we got 5 legacy dungeons enir ilim belurat castle ensis midras manse shadowkeep that's 8 dollars per legacy. You better be happy they didn't charge 2 dollars extra, we got a 20% discount! There are arguments for 16 legacy dungeons in the base compared to 6 in the dlc though. 3.75 dollars per legacy dungeon in the base according to this and 6.67 dollars per legacy dungeon in the dlc. Also they gave us 100 new weapons to add to the 308 old weapons which has left something to be desired. 19 cents per weapon was the deal in the base game, in the dlc we got 40 cents per weapon. Here they stole 21 cents from us per weapon. There's also the armor issue, 599 armor in the base game for 10 cents per armor. But 145 armor in the dlc for 28 cents per armor. You can see the trend though. We're paying 2x to 3x what we should have. This dlc is worth 16 bucks.

The game is either too easy or too hard. When I say too hard, I don't mean its unbeatable, I mean that it's not fun to learn. Either you blow through the boss using mimic/Tiche and an OP build, or you spend hours tearing your hair out on lategame/DLC bosses. My first playthrough of ER was as a solo sword and board (medium shield) knight build, and I can't say I had a lot of fun with some of the later bosses. In general, I think bosses should have more health and do less damage. I also think flasks should be faster. Right now, it's very frustrating to learn some of these difficult attack animations because you die too quick and can't recover from mistakes, even when wearing the heaviest armor sets. At the same time, you kill some of these bosses so quick yourself that you might not even get to see their full repertoire.Camera. Many fights become a confusing mess because the camera is way too close to your character. Like I'm fighting a moderately sized enemy that's flopping around. When I get in melee range with the thing, I can only see maybe a third of its body. I end up having to read the attacks of this thing based off of its gut movements. This is the most depressing one for me. Many bosses like ulcerated tree spirit are actually fun with the FOV raised.

Maybe the reason they went with Radahn over Godwyn is similar to what they did with Aldrich.The original plan (or so we're told) is that Aldrich was some big ass slime monster that would've burst out of his coffin as Phase 2 of the Deacons fight, but they couldn't get that working right so they just up and said fuck it.They grabbed Lothric's model, redressed it to look like Gwyndolin, stuck it on the end of a big maggot and shoved it at the end of Anor Londo with a bunch of recycled shit for attacks and left the Deacons fight back in the Cathedral.So they couldn't get a Godwyn boss fight working how they wanted, gave up and just went with Radahn.And that's why he feels so fucking lazy.
