You don't want mirror matches, you want a nice spread of characters, you want people that actually do the advanced stuff for their characters (something that very few players do in this game) and more importantly you have to show that learning a fighting game as a beginner is fun. You also need entertaining people that can carry the show during the training period, downtime etc, you need people that genuinely want to work together in the team (something that is harder for western streamers to be completely honest, the ego is insane) and you want to involve the content creators' communities that partecipate as much as possible, something that in theory with a f2p ver and huge sale would be feasible (if the f2p ver didn't suck ASS). The community needs to be on its best behavior aswell to be completely honest instead of dooming 24/7 and that will never happen. But most of all, Cygames needs to step it up and considering how they handled the game these last months, it's highly unlikely.

So can we agree that Versusia anti-air beam is the worst special in the game? It's an anti-air that covers very limited amount of space, you have to specifically choose which areas you want to anti-air instead of just anti-airing everything in front and above you like the usual DP does. This is made worse by the fact that it's air-blockable (why the fuck is a dedicated anti-air special air-blockable, what the actual fuck is wrong with Cygames), it's slower than a DP, and it's a projectile so gets fucked by anti-projectile moves like Seox dive. It seems like the only reason to ever use it is to get the U extension when doing pressure instead of actually anti-airing, if you don't have the buff it might as well not exist.
