Third party url is "https://api.groq.com/openai/v1/chat/completions", password is your API key. Model override is llama3.1..., check the exact name and the url in the Groq docs when you sign up. When you make sure it works, try to find the best sampler parameters that work for you, iirc it accepts only temp, top_p, and top_k. If you create a copy of the preset you'll have to paste the "password" again so write it down, because Groq verifies the sign in via email.
