One of the rare times I can with say with full confidence I CARRIED the fuck out of this game. The last teamfight in particular looked absolutely chuffed with I think Udyr and Thresh getting caught out and blown up before I had even gotten there, but goddamn did the Noxian Guillotine come in unbelievably clutch and I managed to secure my first ever Quadra kill with Smolder and me taking out their inhib immediately after. Still though, despite two early kills on Irelia, one from a gank and the second from her underestimating my damage, I very quickly lost my lead against her and died a good handful of times, and was distinctly under her in CS by about 30-50 CS, though most of the time she spent splitpushing while I was constantly roaming around the map helping out my team, so it balanced out a bit. Any tips on not getting so fucked by Irelia or is she just one of those champs that autowins after a certain point unless you're ludicrously ahead?

Midlane is more available to ganks while also allowing you to roam with ease, with an added expectation of your help towards objectives.usually by the 15th minute midlane will become a clown fiesta where both teams group up for the majority, this will choke your cs and dueling potential and also require you to use your brain since you now need to calculate your mechanics against multiple different enemies toplaners are generally stuck in toplane, because even when you get a major lead on your opponent, you have approximately 30 seconds of freedom after getting a kill. generally speaking, getting that kill will put your health bar into the no-no zone and necessitate a recall before your opponent shows back up in toplane again, so your 30 seconds of freedom is essentially cut down to 19 seconds or so, considering you need to sit in the fountain for a little bit to heal back up. an unattended toplane will most often quickly lose two, sometimes three turrets and can turn the tides of a matchon the flipside if you as a midlaner fuck up or get a lead you're still more than likely going to be free to roam because your jungle and bot will definitely be sitting on their asses in midlane for god knows what reason

>>492284996its because of how the basic items and epic items are designed in the previous system you had a must buy epic item that gave good stats so even if you fucked up you could potentially turn it around if you got your epic item even if 1-2 min late, giving you a fighting chance for example in botlane if you get fucked rn your next buy might be fucking rectrix or scout slingshot vs a bf sword because your champ doesnt rushes any item that has bf sword in it so now youre essentially fucked with no chance of comeback due to how absurd the stat difference is where as in previous seasons almost everyone would go noonquiver besides some adcs that went dirk or something similarits not gonna get worse because for some reason the balance team listens to ledditors and they want to play *league of champions* not league of items (champions kit mattering more than items), this is really bad because once you make the champs more important than items you are inevitably reducing counter play and champs with the better stats and kits will take over the game entirely so the only way to balance that is to nerf the champions themselves and you can guess where this is going, imagine if for example yoricks becomes really hard to deal with because of his ult and they nerf that, the champ becomes generic, now do this every single patch and suddenly all the champions are boring generic shit that slightly do something different games like league and dota were always designed with rpg elements/mechanics in mind but the balance team is going full retard for some reason and making the game as boring as it gets by removing champion and item interactions (remember when you could qss morde ult? or lee sin ult and get out with a teleport/dash ability?) and removing counterplay as much as they can turning the game into who picks the meta and rofl stomps with almost no counterplayits genuinely not looking good
