UT4 changes it so he gets 1 Talisman per each hit if the enemy has Rupture on top of the normal 3 Talisman, so he goes over 5 very often and just ends up taking 6-9 recoil damage thanks to the passive. Combine that with S1 and Guard giving only 1 Talisman (unless you activate the passive) and you essentially have to stall out until you get 5 Talisman to do what UT3 could do with ease.
